Holdfast Phoenix Wing Bars - For Cars With Raised Rails. The Holdfast Phoenix Wing Bar for raised rails fits directly onto a vehicles standard raised rail by tightening the roof bar foot using a supplied long box spanner. This bar set has a low profile with a height of 35mm from the top of the vehicle rail to the top of the roof bar itself. The Wing Bar is available in 117cm (170560) / 127cm (170570) / 147cm (170580) / 165cm (170590) lengths. The rail foot assembly part number is 170300.
