The Gear Roof Top Bag has a 300 litre capacity, for ease of loading you have a YKK type-10 zipper that provides access to three sides of the bag, the material is 440g Rip-Stop Canvas outer and 180g Polyweave inner material – both waterproof. When you get to your destination the bag has handles on each side so it is really easy to lift the bag off the roof and carry it loaded into your room or tent. You ideally want to stuff the bag as full as possible with all your light, bulky goods to make the bag as aerodynamic as possible.

The base consists of three honeycombe panels that provides a rigid base but also when the bag is not in use allows you to fold the bag up and store it in the provided storage bag, this a real space saver (When stored 1200 x 290 x 120mm and weighs a mere 5Kg). Heavy duty webbing and 400Kg rated cam buckles straps are incorporated in the bag which are used to secure to roof racks (roof racks not included).

You will need a set of roof cross bars on your vehicle in order to fit the Roof Top Bag to your car.
